What we collect

Your name, email and optional phone number; the organisation and event information your team enters; uploaded files such as receipts and contracts; and basic security logs such as sign-in times and IP addresses.

How it’s used

To run your account, send account emails (confirmation, password reset, invitations) and keep the service secure. We don’t send marketing messages to contacts you store, and we never message your suppliers or sponsors on your behalf.

Who can see it

Only members of your organisation, according to the roles your owners assign. Crew members don’t see supplier fees or profit by default.

Deletion

Owners can delete events at any time. To delete your account or organisation entirely, email us.
