You own the information you enter about your events, team, suppliers and sponsors. We store it to provide the service and don’t sell it.

Your responsibilities

FeteDesk is a planning and record-keeping tool. It doesn’t give legal, tax or accounting advice, and it doesn’t tell you which permits, licences or insurance your event needs. Check those with the relevant authorities and professionals.

Accuracy

Figures are calculated from what your team records. Keep source documents such as invoices, receipts and payout statements.

Accounts

Keep your password private. Organisation owners control who has access to their events and financial information.
